"Unidentified"
i've seen people selling unidentified items all over LA and i'd like to know if the "unidentified" tag is merely just for unlocking stuff on pvp chars. let me clarify:
when i was in pre-searing, i found an unIDed fire wand. i equipped it and after awhile (i didnt ID the wand yet) i found that my energy regen went 1 pip down, and the energy itself was raised 10. i was really confused for a while, and after unequipping the wand i found it to be the source. after i ID'ed it, the tag was "energy +10, energy regen-1", so i was wondering if this still holds true for all items? |

pretty much. selling unided items unlocks for PVP and has potential to be more valuble than standard items. its that chance of uncertainty where you can get high mods for weapons or runes that makes them sell.

Yes, sometimes you can can tell what the unIDed part of an items is by equiping them. The reason for non IDed items is to unlock for pvp
